On this Sunday morning, one week before Christmas Day, I’ll be singing at two Sunday Morning Services. In this case, Pastor Bart Pense has invited me to play the equivalent of a concert set in place of a sermon. So I will, of course, be singing songs from Christmastide. I was in the Napa Valley in July for my son Colin’s joyous wedding to Chloe Weaver. Her family lives there, so I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with them as well as playing at this beautiful Church. I can only imagine how beautiful the Napa Valley is during the Christmas Season. But after this visit, I won’t have to imagine anymore. And, finally, I’m grateful that for this trip, the Lovely Mrs. Bennett will be with me!
