Bob and Janice Scott found out (from Facebook, I think) that I was scheduled to fly into ATL with a free Friday evening on my hands. After my heartfelt assurances that they could really do this and it would all be “just fine” (and it will), they graciously agreed to open their home for a Semi-Private House Concert. Of course they’ll be inviting friends and neighbors, but they’d also like a few others to be able to come. There’s room for about 20-25 people. So, if that’s of interest to you, the first step is to text a message to Janice at: (678) 467-4090. Please note that this is also a voice line but kindly start with a text. She’ll get back to you with all the info you need about time/location/tickets, etc. If you scroll back through my past concerts (they’re all here if you just keep scrolling to re-load the older entries), you’ll find numerous and regular “House Concert” entries. I simply love this kind of evening … and from the kind comments of hosts and home audiences, they seem to like it as well. Everybody has a good time. And, as always, there are usually tasty snacks involved. I can hear me sing anytime but you know how I love the snacks! So, if you’re in the Greater Atlanta area and want to join us, we’d love to have you. And if you’re thinking, “Would Bob come to my house and sing?” Well, the chances are that I can do that. Drop me a line (do people even say ‘drop me a line’ anymore?) using the Contact Form or Booking Form (if you have some specifics in mind). I’ll get back to you ASAP. By the way, as I mention in an adjacent listing, this is apparently the start of what I hope is my annual “Places Named Peachtree Tour”. I’m singing in Peachtree City two days after this!
